Yes. Our Flow pillar specifically addresses mental and emotional wellbeing through guided meditation, breathwork and mindfulness — proven to reduce stress, ease symptoms of depression, and combat loneliness and sadness. We also include a dedicated mental wellness section in every programme. Please note: we are a wellness tool, not a replacement for professional mental health care.
Programmes range from R799 (4-week Kickstart) to R2,999 (12-week Elite Coaching). A monthly subscription is available at R399/month. All prices are in ZAR and payment is handled manually — we'll send you details after you sign up.
Yes — our 3-Day Wellness Starter Pack (valued at R250) is completely free. It includes a beginner fitness plan, daily meditation sessions, and a 3-day meal plan with macros and shopping list. No credit card required.
No. Our programmes are designed to be done from home with minimal or no equipment. We tailor your plan to your environment and fitness level during onboarding.
After enquiring via our contact form, we'll send you a payment request. We currently accept EFT and will guide you through the process. Apple Pay and Google Pay support is coming soon.
